The USSSA Eastern “C” National Championship is a stay-to-play event (event webpage).  That means that all non-local teams must stay a minimum of 18 room nights within the room block of a partnering hotel.  The hotel housing service for the event is HBC Services, and they have negotiated the lowest possible rate at each property for our teams and made them all available to you on a one-stop-shopping website for your convenience. Teams that require overnight accommodation but choose to stay outside the event’s room block and/or fail to meet the minimum room booking requirement of 18 room nights may instead pay the $400 opt-out fee using this site. For non-local teams, the stay-to-play requirement must be met, or the opt-out fee must be paid to participate in the event (if you are unsure if your team is a local team, please get in touch with the tournament director using the information provided below).

Opt-Out Fee Deadlines: June 15, 2026 is the deadline for registration and the opt-out fee!
