Registration Information

We are offering teams a single fee entry with an option for a deposit.  This means that everything with your entry fee is managed through your USSSA account.  There are 2 ways that you can enter your team into the event:

  • 1.       Pay the full entry fee and you’re in!  You are good to go and can work on booking your hotels and preparing to take part in this memorable event.
  • 2.       Or you can choose to pay the deposit first and the balance at a later date.  This will hold your spot in the event and the balance due will remain under your team account.

The full balance of the entry fee is due by June 24th.

**This event is NOT pay at the plate

Click HERE for information on partnering hotels and reservations for the event: http://groups.reservetravel.com/group.aspx?id=71233

Important Event Information

NOTE:  ** For teams in the area with a full schedule of USSSA tournaments, we expect the 10U, 12U, and 14U teams to play at least 4 USSSA events and the 16U and 18U teams to play at least 3 USSSA events prior to the C Eastern Nationals.

Due to the nature of this tournament and all of the other activities and requirements involved with it, we have set up a web site specifically to provide information about these additional activities and requirements.

Rainout Line - Weather Communications

Understanding that customer service is our highest priority, USSSA East has a Rainout Line to keep you up to date when adverse weather affects our events.  Our Rainout Line number is 410-220-0050.  Below are a few different features to the Rainout Line to help assist in communication in the event of adverse weather.? Our Rainout Line offers you a FREE iPhone and Android app to quickly check the status information for the parks being used this week right from your phone.  1.  Download the RainoutLine.com app from you app store/market on your phone.  2.  Search for USSSA East.  3.  Highlight the star to the right of USSSA East. This will make USSSA East the default search every time you access your rainout app.  4.  The current park locations will appear with an up to date report as to the status of the tournament.  Click on the park name to view the full status message for that desired park. In addition, we highly recommend and we advise that you subscribe to email and text alerts from the Rainout line.  Visit www.usssa1.com and at the bottom of the page, select the Rainout line banner.  Select “Email & Text Alerts” at the top left and follow the directions on how to receive alerts.  **Downloading the app is the quickest and most convenient way to receive updates in their entirety.  You can also call 410-220-0050 to receive the latest updates on the status for the all the fields.               NOTE: This is our ONLY form of communication in which we use if any delays occur due to adverse weather conditions.
