Join East Coast Events and help make our fastpitch softball tournaments a memorable experience for players plus families throughout Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. We are hiring energetic, dedicated individuals for part-time positions, including Site Directors, Merchandise Sales, Field Maintenance, and more.

The ideal team member is dependable, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile. You should be available to work weekends and holidays, willing to travel up to 40+ miles to event locations (and bring necessary supplies), able to spend long days on your feet, and physically capable of lifting and carrying 50+ pounds multiple times a day.

Site Director
As a Site Director, you’ll serve as the primary contact for team managers, coaches, parents, and players during tournaments. Your responsibilities include keeping games on schedule, entering scores, presenting awards, and taking team photos. You’ll also coordinate with facility staff, ensure policies and procedures are followed, and provide regular updates to the tournament director.
Merchandise Salesperson
In this role, you’ll establish a welcoming environment for event attendees by setting up, organizing, and managing our merchandise area. Key duties include transporting merchandise, assembling and dismantling tents and displays, keeping the sales area clean and secure, assisting customers, and processing transactions. This position requires basic math skills, clear communication, and the ability to work outdoors with light lifting and long periods of standing.

Field Maintenance

As a Field Maintenance team member, you’ll be responsible for keeping our playing fields in top condition throughout the tournament. Your main tasks include raking, lining, and preparing fields before and between games, as well as helping recover fields after inclement weather. When not working on the fields, you’ll assist the Site Director with event operations as needed.

As an umpire, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring fair play, supporting young athletes, and contributing to the softball community.

No prior umpiring experience is required; training and certification are provided.
